Relearn Foundation
Relearn Foundation (RELF) was formed in 2015 under the mentorship of Prof. Prabal KumarSen, Founder Chairperson, Entrepreneurship Development Centre and Former Professor ofEconomics, XLRI, Jamshedpur with a vision to work in the domains of Education, Environment, and Empowerment. On completing PG certificate course on Entrepreneurship Management at XLRI, Jamshedpur, Dr Mita Tarafder founded this NGO trust to promote entrepreneurship and to take up social welfare activities for the disadvantaged community. Our organization has certification for 12A and 80G and FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act).
One of the primary activities of our organization is the running of Sahaaj Pathshala with Sahaaj Poshan. It is a community of 38 classrooms that give quality education to students coming from underprivileged backgrounds. Currently, it is spread over 3 states viz. West Bengal, Jharkhand, and Bihar. There are, currently, 42 tutors and 1007 students enrolled in Sahaaj Pathshala and Sahaaj Poshan initiatives.

Education
Sahaaj Pathshala-the community classrooms help young children to remain motivated and learn lessons through fun and games. Supporting a classroom and ensuring functional literacy among needy students, we provide quality education and skills to students.
Environment
Small actions taken collectively can have a significant impact on protecting the environment. By adopting environmentally conscious habits and using scientific and innovative approach, we can contribute to a sustainable future for the planet.
Empowerment
By addressing the underlying causes of disadvantage and providing support, empowerment can enable individuals to overcome challenges and lead fulfilling lives. We collaborate with stakeholders to empower individuals and disadvantaged groups.
Innovation
Innovation involves the application of creative thinking, problem-solving, and experimentation to develop novel Science and Technology based solutions to existing challenges or to address emerging needs and opportunities. We promote innovations for addressing complex societal challenges.

Our Colaborations
We are proud to provide the testimony of Chandni Kumari, an outstanding young girl whose life has been altered by our organisation. She was dealing with both emotional and financial concerns, and RELF was there to help her in every way. She is currently attending college and teaching at Sahaaj Pathshala's Baridih centre. This amazing opportunity not only changed her life, but it also provided her with the ability to give back and inspire others. Our commitment to education and belief in her skills has had a significant impact, paving the way for a brighter future full of limitless possibilities.
After finishing first grade, I joined RELF's Sahaaj Pathshala centre at Agrico, and my life took a positive turn. Under their guidance, I was able to attend an English-medium school and pursue my interest in English literature. RELF's excellent mentoring significantly improved my academic achievement. Thanks to the Relearn Foundation, I am now a first-year BA Sociology (Hons) student in Kolkata, excited to pursue my dream of becoming a professor.
